Bullet Impartiality

We strive for impartiality through support from competing organizations with conflicting views. Funding for the Program comes only from annual hands-off contributions at a "pay-what-you-think-it’s-worth" level. No sources are unlisted. No single source is large enough to kill us by withdrawing. We strive for impartiality by foregoing relationships that promote favoritism.

Absolutely no:

  • Consulting by the Program
  • Expert-witness testimony
  • Outside posititions with fiduciary responsibility.
  • Nondisclosure agreements
  • Appearances on singly sponsored platforms
  • Equity or debt positions held

We do not take sides. We do not:

  • Endorse positions
  • Draft legislation
  • Prepare "the Harvard way to solve…"
  • Recommend specific products, acquisitions, prices
  • Predict the future

We do not take sides—in any form. We are in the business of description, not prescription. We map the territory—you position your forces.
